What to do with teens at a barbecue?

Rosebud asked: My 11th grade daughter is having a barbecue party at our house and we’re having trouble coming up with food & activity ideas. This is going to be an evening party.
What kind of food would you suggest for a party with mostly 10th-12th graders?
