Who is Art Fleederman?
As the caretaker of ArtFleederman.com, I hear that question alot. I’ll take a stab at an answer, but don’t hope for much.
I guess I know Art as well as anybody, but that’s not saying anything. Nobody knows Art Fleederman. He’s pretty much an enigma, and he works hard to keep it that way. I can tell you what you need to know, however.
You need to know that Art cares passionately about things that work – things that do what they were designed to do. He has made it his personal goal to find that kind of stuff, test it his own way, and then – if it really works – tell other people about it.
That’s why he asked us to create this website.
You see, Art couldn’t be bothered building websites and uploading pictures and all the other details of putting this thing together. He wants to find brilliant things, test them thoroughly, and write about them.
So, we humor him. .. because he’s really good at it.
Literally everything Art reviews, starting with the Cobb Grill, is a marvel of simplicity and rock-solid functionality. Because, really, when you buy something, what is it you’re buying? Aren’t you buying what it can do for you?
Which brings up our first Artism:
You don’t buy what it is, you buy what it does.
Check back here from time to time. Art gets around. He’ll find something great and useful and completely worth it- then he’ll test it and write about it. We’ll put it up so you can be a better informed consumer.
