What tips can you offer for grilling “real” hamburgers on a gas grill?

For some reason I can never grill the perfect burger if I make them with fresh/handmade ground beef patties. I have no problem with frozen patties, steak, or chicken — but for some reason fresh ground beef patties are a challenge.
I usually end up over cooking them, or they break-up and fall between the slats.

Tips on grilling chicken *******?

Ok, please don’t laugh…but I have never cooked chicken on the grill. I bought two really nice chicken ******* at the butcher today and would like to make them for dinner.
So how do I do it? I know how to use the grill and everything, it’s a Weber Genesis gas grill, I just need to know how long to cook them and at what heat. Also should I pound them down a little so they’re the same thickness? Any tips you all have would be great!

New to cooking and need help with some tips grilling chicken?

Hi i’m 15 and i’m pretty new to cooking, but i want to cook healthy for myself and then possibly show my family. I know grilled chicken is pretty good for you, but can anyone provide me with some great recipes with grilled chicken and what equipment i might need cooking indoors on a gas stove. For example what pan would u use to grill chicken. Thanks =)
