We love catfish fillet or red snapper grilled on the George Foreman. But you can grill any fish on it as long as it’s not too thin. BTW, I just love that grill!!

this one is easy. halibut, cod, tuna, trout, any of the firmer fish. Firm so it doesn’t fall through the grill. If you want to grill sole or perch or lighter meat fish than line the grill with tinfoil and poke holes in it with a fork to let the smoke and grilling flavors reach the food. love that BBQ. Also if you are grilling on a gas or charcoal grill brush some cooking oil on the grill and the fish.(not to much it will flare) helps to stop sticking. DO NOT USE An oil spray such as Pam highly flammable

Tilapia is excellent. Add a lemon/butter/garlic sauce, a rub, or just plain.

Tuna steaks work well- those chargrilled lines can certainly liven up a salade nicoise!
