Corn On The Cobb Grill
By Ben Fesxbe | July 10, 2008
Here’s a timeless classic done with hardly any work on your part.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Fresh ears of sweet corn on the cob
1 cup of water
Butter
PREPARATION:
De husk corn, wash and cut each ear into 4 pieces. Add one cup of water to the flavor well of your Cobb Premium Grill. Place cut corn cobs into the water. Cover with cooking surface and roasting rack. Place meat on rack. When meat is done, remove rack and surface. Using tongs remove corn. Coat with butter and enjoy! For a delicious alternative, try sprinkling the corn with some Hickory Bacon Salt. Delicious! Cook time should be around 60 to 75 minutes or until done.
