Just dump the BBQ sauce over the chicken and cook for about 30-40 minutes.Depending on how thick your chicken ******* are.

Just cook the chicken and then brush with sauce or dip it into it. You can also throw it in a crockpot with the sauce.

Pumpkinhe, this is how I make mine. I season the chicken with different spices such as Lawry’s Season Salt, Adobo (by Goya), onion powder and garlic powder. (You can use only salt and black pepper if you want). I placed the chicken in a large baking pan and I cut green and red bell peppers, onion and dice or chop about 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, for some ”spiciness” I add 1/2
jalapeno pepper, then I pour or smother the barbecue sauce all over the chicken I also add two tsp. butter (It gives the sauce a smooth taste). Place it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 min. to an hour, covered with foil. You can check it periodically if you’d like and baste it more with the barbecue sauce. When it’s close to finishing, I remove the foil so it can crisp and brown some more.

My dear sierrasky, you have a special way of cooking a chicken; a barbecue sauce is not applied to a chicken cooked in the oven but prepared on a outdoors barbeque on charbon. that’s the French way— but who knows!! philippe
