How long to bake beef ribs before grilling?

R Z asked:
Looking for the best way to cook beef ribs in oven before grilling. Long time on low heat or quicker with higher heat. Any help would be great.

I usually bake mine for about 45 mins at 375, then put on the grill to finish them off.

you don’t bake but boil!
baking will toughen them!
boil them on medium for 2 to 3 hours!
