How many calories would I save by grilling my chicken, not deep frying it?

i use a george foreman grill to grill my chicken; its lean as ever! extremely healthy too!
deep frying chicken is the most unhealthy

im not really answering your question, but, you say you can’t eat grilled chicken, have you tried adding some sort of marinade to it to make it taste better? grilled chicken can be really good.

at least 100 calories (about 1 tablespoon of oil)-mariade it with lemon-herbs-barbQ sauce. I think that is what she meant
