I bought a couple of those Kabobs that are already on the skewer, I am looking for any tips on how to season or grill them. I have 1 beef and 1 chicken kabob.

If they aren’t already marinated, you can do so in some bottled Italian dressing - or Kraft has this roasted red pepper vinaigrette that I like to use for the kebobs I make myself.

For grilling, make sure you turn them often - they won’t take long to cook. I tend to like a rarer cut of beef, but of course my chicken must be completely done. I think my beef kebobs take about 7 minutes total and chicken are about 12. Also it will depend on the size of the chunks of meat.

Season with a little salt and pepper, maybe some oregano or rosemary. Spray the grill with a grilling spray, like Pam Grill Spray. You could also marinate the kebobs in a variety of sauces like terayaki, barbeque, etc.

If they are wood skewers wash the kebabs before seasoning so the wood stays wet and doesnt catch on fire
