I just finished working on my web site that deals with grilling and I would like to hear from those that surf the web to see what you think about the web site. My web site has some of our personal recipes, tips on grilling, pictures of some of our cook outs, information about the grill masters, cooking times for different meats, a link to check out your area weather and much more. Hey, I think it’s pretty cool. It’s obvious home made but the tips are fine and the spirit of the site 100% BBQ!

The website looks good, I like the Italian Grilled Chicken I am going to try that. You should try this one.
Steak with Bacon-Mushroom Sauce
2 beef T-bone steaks (1 lb.),
1 inch thick 5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces 1 pkg. (1/2 lb.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry or water
1 tsp. brown sugar
HEAT grill to medium. Grill steaks 7 to 8 min. on each side or to medium doneness (160ºF).
MEANWHILE, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Drain bacon on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon, steak sauce, sherry and sugar. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
SERVE steaks topped with mushroom sauce.
We add some onion to this also, it is soooo good it tastes like it should be in a steakhouse!
