Try boiling them in some chicken stalk, seasons, and some lemons slices for about 15 minutes, then transfer to the grill.

Marinate the chicken overnight in your favorite marinade, then bbq it while brushing on a mixture of melted butter and your favorite bbq sauce. It will be delicicious!

Get boneless chicken ******* our you can buy legs etc. Put BBQ sauce in a deep dish and let the raw chicken sit in the dish to marinate in the sauce. Leave the dish in the fridge overnight. Do NOT precook the chicken before you BBQ it. The day of the BBQ get the BBQ heated up and take the chicken out of the BBQ sauce and put it on the grill. Cook it until it is no longer pink inside. Then put more BBQ sauce on and cook just a bit longer. If you over cook chicken it will get really dry.

prepare chicken without the bone - the bone makes it soooo much longer to cook. nice recipe from my childhood - marinade = curry powder, vinegar, sugar. nice on skewered meats

The most very best marinade for chicken is regular Seven Seas Italian salad dressing. It contains vinegar so it tenderizes like you would not believe. Soak defrosted chicken in it for a few hours and cook… people will LOVE it… don’t overcook either… low to med low heat for boneless chicken ******* with no blackening effect from the grill. YUMMMMMMMMYYYYYY People will be asking you for your recipe.

I reccomend not cooking the chicken first
    get large ziplock baggies
put the chicken in the baggies
    add your marinade
zip it up, shake it up
put it in the fridge over nite if possible.

save some of that marinade, your going to be brushing it on your chicken while its cooking.

just before your chicken is done, and you are ready to take it off the grill, brush it with your sauce ( not the marinade you had the chicken in, keep some aside just for the cooking part )

brush it on, flip it around, put it on a plate , and get down!

ok , all u need is white meat cos it tnds to cook faster, in that way u need not pre cook them, marinate it with salt, oil, thyme or rosemary or oregano, litle bit of chopped garlicand crushed pepper corns. cokk them on the grill it will hardly take 6 to 7 min.finally glaze with ur barbaque sauce.

partially boil the chicken, usually about 8 minutes will do…then youll want to chil the chicken in a large bag, poor one can of coke, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, pepper, lemon juice and 3 cloves of fresh garlic pressed. Let sit in fridge in maranade over night then grillem up. u can then make a glazing sauce to brush on with coke tomato paste and 1/4 cup of honey. heat it up and brush it on.
