Where can I find someone to do a pig roast or rent a barbecue smoker for a party in Indianapolis?

We want to have a casual wedding reception with a pig roast or barbecue with a smoker. I am looking for a caterer or a restaurant who does this type of thing. I am pretty flexible. We just want it to be good food in an casual party atmosphere that doesn’t cost a fortune.

Do you have Chinese BBQ restaurants in Indianapolis?
They usually serve whole roasted pigs with crackling skin.
You can order one for your party. It’s very traditional for parties.

That’s simple. Let you fingers do the walking ( as they say ), and check the yellow pages for caterers in your area. Call and ask them if they provide this service. I think you will find most will. If you have some friends that have any experience in this sort of thing, you can rent a spit and a smoker. I would also suggest that you call several organizations in your area to see if they can do this for you. Here, where I live, the Elks have pig roasts all the time. They have a hall that they rent out and they cater their own parties. They are far cheaper than most caterers.
